Kingdom Development was formed to acquire, finance, construct, and operate a multifamily affordable rental apartment community intended for low-income Seniors and Veterans in Colorado Springs.

The proposed project is a 48-unit affordable housing development created through a faith-based partnership between Kingdom Development, Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, and Brikwell LLC.
